Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination (IDDE)

In December 2015, the Hudson River Watershed Alliance and our partners, the Sparkill Creek Watershed Alliance and the Center for Watershed Protection, held a workshop in Sparkill, NY on Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination (IDDE).
