This video provides an overview of the Hudson River Watershed Alliance and our work throughout the Hudson River Watershed. In August 2014, the Hudson River Watershed Alliance and our partners – the NYS DEC Hudson River Estuary Program, the Hudson River Sloop Clearwater and the Quassaick Creek Watershed Alliance – organized a sail on the Hudson River out of Newburgh, New York to celebrate water quality, watershed planning and community revitalization for the City of Newburgh. Over 40 people attended the event, including the Mayor of Newburgh, several City Council Members, and other community leaders and nonprofits from the region. This video shows various highlights from this Hudson River Sloop Clearwater sail, in addition to selected images from our partners at the Greater Stockport Creek Watershed Alliance.
