Hudson River Watershed Alliance Strategic Plan
This strategic planning process was conducted in 2021–2022, including a scenario planning workshop in September 2021. It built on prior internal planning and incorporated outcomes from the Alliance’s 2022 Watershed Needs Assessment. The process was facilitated by Common Ground Consulting with full participation from the board of directors and staff.
